Excellent customer service, friendly staff, clean and tidy room with great view on the 5th floor. Comfortable bed and pillows. Conveniently located near restaurants, theaters, and tram line. Warm cookies upon arrival. Will definitely return in the future.

The hotel's location directly opposite the train station was incredibly convenient for us as a group of friends. It made it easy for us to navigate the city and access major transport options to explore the area. Additionally, being super close to everything we needed made our stay hassle-free.

There were instances of dirty towels being left behind and a lack of replenishment for basic amenities such as tea bags and shower gel.

During my recent stay at DoubleTree By Hilton, I was thrilled to find that the location was convenient. Just a short walk away from the key train station and the vibrant town, it made exploring Melbourne easy. being able to relax by the Yarra river, with its array of delicious food options, was a definite highlight.

I did experience some noise disturbances. The room facing Flinders Street was a bit noisy, as I could hear people on the streets most of the night.

Staying here was a great experience. The location was just perfect, as it was directly in front of the train station with several tram stops within a short walking distance. The staff was consistently outstanding, especially at the reception desk, where they gave me really warm and helpful service. The amenities provided in the room were great, including an ironing facility, a separate sitting area, a dressing area and more. I was amazed by the bar and dining restaurant, which offered special diet menus and staff who went above and beyond to assist me. Also, the hospitality was a true delight as they gave us a welcome drink on arrival.

Would recommend this hotel to family as the staff was really helpful in assisting with our luggage storage upon checkout.
